You need energy to do work. Using machines could save energy, couldn't it?

I didn't look at this video jet, but I must ansver your question. Using machines actually can't save energy, or maybe a little. It's true that it could save energy from people, but machine still need some energy to work well. So energy is still used in the same amount.
I didn't watch it before...Sorry, but I couldn't find time for that...Yes, I love it, this video is so funny...but actually distance from floor to truck isn't 4 meters...well, maybe it is but it's almost impossible. Sometimes it's bigger angle, but distance is smaller. Sometimes it's smaller and distance is longer. Yes, I know...I'm so complicated person :). You'll tell me that the point is in energy and I'll told you that you have right. The energy is used in the same amount, no matter which relation is used...like they said in the movie ;)

Usefull efficiency / yield are the most important facts here.
About the video:
We can see that we use same amount of energy but using inclined planes can make our work much easier since we use less force.
